Fall and Winter
Growing up in Michigan, my favorite time of year was fall & going to the orchards with my mom, dad & brother for warm donuts, apple picking, & cider. This cake is my homage to those days. The crust is made with ground pecans and cinnamon graham crackers & filled with my homemade salted cinnamon caramel, spiced pecans, & pumpkin cheesecake. This beauty is topped with homemade pumpkin pie whipped cream, salted caramel swirl, and chopped, spiced pecans. *Note – Can be made without pumpkin.

The crust is made from Oreo cookies with a hit of peppermint extract. Inside, is a layer of homemade dark chocolate ganache topped with peppermint bark cheesecake. Then, dark or white chocolate ganache oozes over the top and sides & is finished with crushed up peppermint bark. Grab a cup of hot coco and enjoy!

The crust is made from Trader Joe's Triple Ginger Cookies. Inside, a layer of my infamous salted caramel, cinnamon-ginger cheesecake with a generous swirl of real gingerbread cake. To finish, my homemade cinnamon whipped cream, salted caramel drizzle, gingerbread cookie dust & a whole TJ ginger cookie. The only thing this is missing is the gumdrops!
